Nabinagarapjela's geography and geographical location has played a role in the formation of language and culture of the people of this upazila. In the music world of this sub-continent, Nabinagaranam is gold-colored. It was born here to music composer Salaam Alauddin Khan, Ustad Aayet Ali Khan, Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, Maharshi Manomohan Dutt, Rowshan and Annapurna. In the music of Brahmanbaria, the Tirthabhumi, Shibpur, and Satmora. Those who have played a significant role in the literature of Nabinagar are Advaita Mallavarman, Jyotirindra Nandi, Abdul Kadir, Al Mahmud and others. Since ancient times, the rich people of Nabinagar have developed their own culture of literature. There are currently some of the tracts in folk tales, folk music, rhyme and proverbs.
